Privacy Policy of Kudzu Interactive, Inc.
At Kudzu
Interactive, Inc. (“Kudzu”), protecting the privacy of customers and clients is
of great importance. This Privacy Policy explains the type of personal information
Kudzu collects, how Kudzu uses and discloses that information, and how Kudzu protects
that personal information.
1. Customers and Clients.
Kudzu collects certain personal information about clients and customers.
“Clients”
are businesses and business owners that engage Kudzu to provide web-based remote
ordering services.
“Customers”
are individuals that place orders from Kudzu clients through the Kudzu system.
“Personal
information” is any information that identifies or may identify a user as a specific
individual, including name, address, zip code, phone number and email address, as
well as order history.
2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information.
Kudzu will not disclose any personal information about any Customer or Client
to any person or entity except (i) Kudzu will share personal information about a
Customer with the Client from whom the customer places an order, (ii) Kudzu may
provide personal information to its vendors and suppliers when necessary, (iii)
Kudzu may share certain personal information with its affiliates in order to complete
transactions, and (iv) Kudzu may release personal information to comply with law,
enforce or apply the terms of any of user agreement, or to protect the rights, property
or safety of Kudzu, customers and clients, or others.
3. Safeguards.
The security of personal information is very important to Kudzu. Kudzu combines
industry-standard technical safeguards with an employee code of conduct and training
to help ensure the integrity and privacy of personal information.
Only authorized Kudzu employees, agents or independent contractors are permitted
to access personal information, and all such employees, agents or independent contractors
must agree in writing to abide by the Privacy Policy.
4. Use of "Cookies" or Other Data Collection Tools.
A cookie is a piece of information which a web server may place on your computer when you visit a web site.
Cookies are commonly used by web sites to improve the user experience and have not been known to transmit
computer viruses or otherwise harm your computer. We may use cookies for a number of purposes - for example,
to maintain continuity during a user session, to gather data about the usage of our web site for research and
other purposes, to store your preferences for certain kinds of information, or to store a user name or
password so that you do not have to provide this information every time you return to our web site.
Our cookies will track only your activity relating to your online activity on this web site,

We cannot be responsible for the privacy practices of any web sites or pages not under our control and
we do not endorse any of these web sites or pages, the services or products described or offered on
such sites or pages, or any of the content contained on those sites or pages.
6. Customer Service.
Kudzu’s customer service representatives may occasionally contact Customers only
at the request of the Client and Clients themselves by email to gather information
about their experiences with Kudzu’s service. These surveys are intended to help
Kudzu give its Customers the best possible customer service and are only conducted
when requested by Client and at the permission of the Customer.
7. Privacy Choices.
Customers will be given the option to opt-out of receiving recurring informational
and promotional e-mails from the clients of Kudzu.
Customers will also be given the option to opt-out of receiving emails from Kudzu
customer service representatives on behalf of the Client for the purpose of conducting
surveys about Customers’ experiences with Kudzu.
8. Deleting or Updating Personal Information.
Customers and Clients may always contact Kudzu to (i) delete their personal
information from Kudzu’s systems; (ii) update their personal information; or (iii)
change their preferences with respect to marketing contacts, by emailing Kudzu at
info@kudzuinteractive.com
9.
Subordination of Kudzu Privacy Policy.
Upon written notice from Client, Kudzu will accept and enforce the privacy
policies of the Client in any area where the Client’s privacy policy is preferred
over Kudzu’s Privacy Policy.
